We understand that it’s a major investment when working on your house, not just in cost but emotionally as well. We want to do the best we can to provide great service to our clientele by simplifying the remodel and construction process.
Once you have reached out to Kingsway, this is what you can expect.
1. A simple phone call or email getting details of your project.
2. One of our estimator/project managers will then schedule a site visit to get measurements, take notes on product details and other ideas you have for the project. Once you have met with this person they will be your point of contact for the duration of the project.
3. Kingsway then develops, usually within 7 days, an estimate with details that will include product ideas, material allowances if needed, job scope, etc. You will receive this simple estimate in your email.
4. We then usually like to follow up with a call or email with any of your questions and changes to products, colors, material changes that may affect the final cost, start dates, etc. This process can take some time and we try to not rush this portion of the project because it is key to providing a final product that you as a client are looking for. Once this is done we provide a final estimate for signatures and collect a deposit on the job.
5. We then order materials and get start dates determined for the project to begin.
