Based on recommendation of friends in the neighborhood who were very happy with their work, we had Kingsway do a major renovation (down to studs in many cases) of our kitchen, bathroom, and back deck in our Baltimore City Rowhome. It was a very good experience, communication was constant and thorough, and the quality was superb. Our only regret was waiting to use them. I needed a hole patched in the ceiling of our kitchen after a leak from the bathroom above. There had been a leak many years ago in the same spot, and the patch was not professionally done. Kingsway was able to fit us in on the schedule quickly, They were prompt on the day of the work. Their worker did an excellent job was clean as could be when patching drywall, did an excellent job of making a seamless transition of the patches. He also painted the kitchen ceiling and left the ceiling appearing as good as new. The worker left the kitchen cleaner than fond it All while at a reasonable cost.

Matt's team at Kingway Builder are true professionals and experts in their craft. They worked on my 3-bedroom house in Baltimore City and completely replaced the kitchen subfloor and joists, new plywood floor and put in new support posts.
I was very impressed with Kingway Builder's attention to detail and how they could explain everything they were doing and why. This was a big job and they handed it masterfully . They clearly had the experience and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also, their work was very neat and they cleaned up everything. Also, this was done at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Kingway Builder for complex demo and construction work.

Kingsway did a complete renovation on our kitchen- took out the original 1930's kitchen and gave us the kitchen of our dreams. They offered us creative ideas in the design process. The demo was clean and efficient. The rebuild was actually enjoyable- their crew was a delight to have in our house. The end result exceeded our expectations! I wouldn't have anyone but Kingsway renovate our house.

INSURANCE & WARRANTY
- We do everything we can to avoid injuries or accidents while working. We understand that it’s not just a job site—it’s your home and we are guests. But in the event of an accident, we maintain a general liability insurance policy on all people working on your home both for your peace of mind and for the protection of your property and our workers. We also provide workers compensation insurance for our employees.
- We provide a 12 month labor warranty on all our work. If any of the work is not taken care of properly the issue will usually show up within that time. We stand behind our work and will be prompt with any repairs that are needed from work that is not done to industry standard.
- We will also provide product warranty details upon request.
How do I get started with Kingsway Builder?
Getting started with Kingsway Builder is easy! Simply contact us to schedule a consultation with one of our project managers. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your project goals and provide you with a detailed estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we’ll get to work on bringing your vision to life.
Does Kingsway Builder offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes, we offer a 12-month labor warranty on all of our work. If you experience any issues with our workmanship during this time, we will promptly address and repair the issue. We also provide product warranty details upon request.
How does Kingsway Builder ensure safety on the job site?
At Kingsway Builder, safety is our top priority. We maintain a general liability insurance policy and workers compensation insurance for all of our employees to protect your property and our workers in the event of an accident. Our team members are also trained in safety protocols and follow all relevant safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site.
What is the process like from start to finish?
- A simple phone call or email getting details of your project.
- One of our estimator/project managers will then schedule a site visit to get measurements, take notes on product details and other ideas you have for the project. Once you have met with this person they will be your point of contact for the duration of the project.
- Kingsway then develops, usually within 7 days, an estimate with details that will include product ideas, material allowances if needed, job scope, etc. You will receive this simple estimate in your email.
- We then usually like to follow up with a call or email with any of your questions and changes to products, colors, material changes that may affect the final cost, start dates, etc. This process can take some time and we try to not rush this portion of the project because it is key to providing a final product that you as a client are looking for. Once this is done we provide a final estimate for signatures and collect a deposit on the job.
- We then order materials and get start dates determined for the project to begin.
- Keep you abreast of any changes an updates throughout the project to completion.
